Mike Geary created a book called The Truth About Abs. This book is about building
lean muscles and living a healthy life. It is a manual dedicated to getting Six Pack Abs that changes the overall
appearance for a lifetime. The book is a guide to eating right and how to get fit with the exercises.
Mike Geary has the background to establish a well-written book being a certified
nutritionist as well as a personal trainer. Geary not only has the education but also lives the life he shares with
readers. He is an expert in the industry regarding creating the lean muscle building and how to lose the fat
properly.

The book has three sections beginning with the introduction covering the
information about lean bodies, affective abdominal training, body fat percentage, and how to understand the
metabolically rate to burn calories. The second section covers the workouts with “Mike’s Effective Training Plan”
that can be completed in the privacy of home or at a gym. The last section is filled with diet and nutrition fact,
tips, and tricks.
The 116 page book contains photos for each workout to provide examples of the
proper techniques to fully explain how to achieve six pack abs. The workouts are for two hours consisting of
interval training, weight training, and resistance training. The exercise section has two sections with extensive
details suggesting that any exercise session that lasts longer than 45 minutes help to build lean muscles and build
muscles. The training sessions are broken down into 3 or 4 days with 45-60 minutes each time. This makes the
sessions easy to complete and within most schedules.
