many of them are just that – hype. Is this present one another hype about losing weight? No! Why? Because it
demands effort. I am not going to tell you that weight “is in the mind” or something like that, and that you
will simply lose weight by ignoring. The saying goes that “nothing good comes easy”, but the truth is that
losing weight much easier than you thought, especially if you understand exactly why you are putting on
weight.
When you eat, you gain calories, and these
calories get locked up in deposits within your body and this is fat!
Many factors come into play and you have to

rate of metabolism, the process by which the body breaks down food into useful components, while at the same
time, efficiently expelling from the body what is not needed.

advent of computers has meant that more and more people do sedentary jobs, which through inactivity lead to more
weight. As an aside, there
is this friend of mine who has decided to stop using the Intercoms in his office but rather to walk across to
the office of any colleague she wants to talk to. This is being proactive about weight loss,
and if she sustains it, definitely she’s going to lose weight.
- The
type of food you eat. Now,
this is not surprising. The
frenetic lifestyle many people now live means for example that they are more outside the home than
within. When they go hungry
outside, they are often too busy to search for more healthy food, but instead go for say a Hamburger –
instantaneous.
