Rob Poulos created a guide to lose weight called the Fat Burning Furnace System.
The method is based on burning fat, and gaining lean muscle by raising the resting metabolic rate. Based on the
concept of “burning”, the dieting method took its name for furnace burning of the stored fat.

The guide discusses how to raise the RMR (resting metabolic rate) to allow the
body to burn off the numerous stored fat and calories to help lose weight effectively without having to change your
current diet. The diet is considered slow at the beginning, yet Poulos explains why the method works to reach the
goals for weight reduction.
The guide discusses exercise and nutrition, which working in conjunction helps to
create the furnace effect of the proven diet plan. The need to learn how to eat properly with the correct types of
exercise is the basis of the powerful dieting process.
Poulos is obviously not fond of longer workouts; he uses weights for the maximum
of 25 minutes three times a week with beginners only using the program twice a week. The full body workout is
